含塵氣(qi)(qi)體進入(ru)除塵器(qi)灰斗后,由于氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)斷面突(tu)然擴大,氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)中一部(bu)分顆料(liao)粗大的(de)塵粒在重力(li)和慣性力(li)作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)沉降下(xia)來;粒度細,密(mi)度小的(de)塵粒進入(ru)過(guo)濾室后,通(tong)過(guo)布(bu)朗擴散和篩(shai)濾等(deng)綜合效應,使粉塵沉積在濾料(liao)表(biao)面,凈(jing)化后的(de)氣(qi)(qi)體透過(guo)濾筒進入(ru)上箱體的(de)凈(jing)氣(qi)(qi)腔并匯(hui)集(ji)至出風口排出。
粉末(mo)回收濾筒除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)的阻(zu)力(li)隨濾料表面粉塵(chen)層厚度的增(zeng)加而增(zeng)大。阻(zu)力(li)達到某(mou)一規(gui)定(ding)值(zhi)時,進行(xing)清灰(hui)。為(wei)了(le)系(xi)統的正常(chang)運(yun)行(xing),除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)阻(zu)力(li)的上限(xian)應(ying)維持在1400~1600Pa范圍(wei)內,當超過(guo)此限(xian)定(ding)范圍(wei),應(ying)由PLC脈(mo)沖自動控制器(qi)通過(guo)定(ding)阻(zu)或定(ding)時發出指令,進行(xing)三(san)狀態清灰(hui)。灰(hui)斗(dou)內收集的粉塵(chen)通過(guo)卸灰(hui)閥,連續排出。
